Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains which personal data I process in connection with this website. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, DSG) applies.

2. Which data I process

When you visit the website: the hosting provider Cloudflare processes data that is technically required (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) in order to deliver the site securely. I do not use tracking or marketing cookies. For anonymous visitor statistics I use Cloudflare Web Analytics: no cookies are set, no user profiles are created and no IP addresses are stored for analysis. I only see aggregated figures such as page views, country, browser and load time. Fonts are loaded locally from this domain. No data is sent to Google Fonts.

When you submit the test-ticket form: name, agency, email address, phone number if you give one, type of task, link to the page and your message. I use these details only to answer your enquiry and to handle a possible engagement. I send a short confirmation to the email address you enter.

3. Service providers

• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA / global network): hosting, protection against attacks, spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and cookieless visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Turnstile checks, when the form is submitted, whether the request comes from a person.
• Supabase, Inc. (USA): database for form enquiries. The data is stored in a data centre in Zurich (Switzerland).
• Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland): email mailbox. The notice to me and the confirmation to the address you enter are sent through this mailbox.

For providers based outside Switzerland I rely, where required, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

4. Retention

I keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up questions, and I delete them at the latest 24 months after completion, unless a statutory retention duty applies (for example 10 years for quotes and invoices).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and surrender of your personal data, and the right to object to processing. Write to hallo@linus-webentwicklung.ch. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

6. Changes

I may update this privacy policy at any time. The version published on this website applies.
